April 2017 – Ambition.
What areas would you like to change? Relationships? Career? Health? Spiritual connection? Using your gift of VISION OR CLAIRVOYANCE meditate on the areas that are important to you right now.
Meditation is good to do first thing in the morning, as soon as you wake up and are not distracted by the activities of the day and can be for a few minutes or much longer if you want. Take a few breaths in through your nose and out through your nose, relax your shoulders. Notice how your physical body is feeling and let go of any pain or anything that is uncomfortable. Just be with it, don’t fight it.
Become aware of your breathing and a feeling of relaxation. Any thoughts that come in, allow them and then let them go.
Focus on how you can improve your life in the areas that are important to you now.
Think about what gifts you have to offer to help make this happen.
Ask for a picture, symbol or impression and draw it. You may want to repeat this process each day during the month to expand on your insights.
