March 2017 – Discernment.
Everyone has a sensitivity that they can use and tune into people, animals, plants, places and even things. Until you learn how to use your sensitivity it may be that your sensitivity is in charge of you, or that you feel you cannot control what happens to you. That is not true, it is simply that we have not yet learn’t how to use the innate gifts that you have been born with. If our parents were not aware of this, how could they have taught you this?
As soon as you realize that you are a soul with a physical body, not a physical body with a soul you will start to understand that you ARE in control of every situation you encounter. You have four main avenues of communication that you can tune into to be more discerning of everything that happens in your life. This month our focus is on our gift of hearing.
Tune into your sensitivity using your CLAIRAUDIENT GIFT or CLEAR HEARING by asking for a keyword to help discern situations you encounter. Take a deep breath, mentally ask for a keyword, breathe out and the first word that pops into your thoughts is your keyword. Sometimes it works better if you have first done some exercise, meditation or to make sure you are in a state where you are feeling relaxed. If you don’t hear a word or thought in your mind it may come as a picture, a feeling or an inner knowing. Whatever you get, don’t judge it, just write it down so you remember it later in the day when you regroup.
Get a keyword each day and then regroup around this word in the evening on what this word meant to you.
Did it show up in your day?
How can this help you to be more discerning?
What did you learn from this?
What will you do differently from now on?
What was your highlight for the day?
Don’t forget to take a few minutes at the end of the month to regroup on what happened through the month with the theme of Discernment. It would be a good idea to have a notebook to write down your daily insights and then read through these and meditate for a few minutes on the regrouping questions above.
